The fine print

Privacy policy

Last updated July 15, 2026

The short version: we ask only for what we need to host you well, we guard it carefully, and we never sell it.

Placeholder for counsel review before launch.

Information we collect

When you write to us through this site, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your message — travel dates, party size, or facts about a property you own.

We also gather modest, aggregated analytics about how the site is used — which pages people visit and how they found us — so we can make it more helpful. This site does not collect payment card details.

How we use it

We use your information to do exactly what you asked: reply to your message, help plan a stay, or prepare a property conversation. Inquiries are stored in the guest and owner management system we use to run the business, so the host who replies has your note in front of them.

If you have asked to hear from us — about availability, or about your property — we will write occasionally and stop the moment you tell us to. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses a small set of cookies to function properly and to remember basic preferences. Our analytics are there to answer simple questions — which pages help, which don't — not to follow you around the internet.

You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work without them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and a real person will handle the request promptly — no forms, no runaround.

Contact for privacy

For anything related to your information, email hello@negrilwelcomes.com with “Privacy” in the subject line, or call us. A host will reply personally.
