Booking & inquiries

This website takes inquiries, not instant bookings. When you send us dates or questions, a host confirms availability, rates and details with you personally before anything is final.

We keep property descriptions, photography plans and rates as accurate and current as we can. If something material changes between your inquiry and your stay, we will tell you plainly.

Payments handled off-site today

No payments are taken through this website today. Stays are paid through established booking platforms or by direct arrangement confirmed with your host in writing.

If you ever receive a payment request that seems off, pause and call us at the number on our contact page before sending anything. We will never rush you into a transfer.

House rules & liability

Each home has its own house rules, shared with you before arrival. Guests agree to treat the home with the care they would want shown to their own; owners and Negril Welcomes are responsible for honest descriptions and proper upkeep.

To the extent permitted by law, Negril Welcomes' liability in connection with use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will note it here and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Jamaica. That said — talk to us first. In our experience, almost everything is resolved with a conversation.
